The Utah Engineers Council Journal is produced for and by the engineering community in Utah. Copies are sent to each member of the fourteen societies that constitute the UEC, other Utah engineers, high school students and counselors, and the Utah Legislature. By this effort, we hope to foster improved communication among the engineering profession, strengthen our individual societies, raise awareness, unify our voice, and inform those licensed in the profession in Utah about activities which affect their practice.
