Ben was a BAE Sys- tems intern who was eight weeks away from earning his Mechanical Engineering degree when he passed two weeks ago. He overcame great odds in surviving and recovering from neurological injuries suffered in a car accident fourteen years ago. His unconquerable determination, love of sport and learning, passionate nature, deep loyalty, and infinite compassion were a blessing to his family and friends, and to our BAE Systems Team for the short time we knew him.” LANDON CROWTHER Chemical Engineering University of Utah ACEC Scholarship When Landon was in the 6th grade, his very successful sci- ence project involved weighing the discarded lunches of his fellow classmates to demonstrate food waste.
